Stuffed Cod

Ingredients
1 whole codfish
4 cups bread crumbs
1 medium onion
2 tbsp savory
1/4 cup margarine
salt and pepper
Directions
Clean the cod fish removing the head.
Chop onion and mix it together with bread crumbs, savory and margarine,
then add salt and pepper to taste. When mixed together place the
mixture inside of the fish. Take a large piece of tin foil and coat
the inside with margarine. Place the fish inside the foil and place
in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
