Fish Hash

Fish
hash is a common leftover meal for Newfoundlanders. If you cooked
too much fish for fish and brewis on Monday you can look forward to fish
hash on Tuesday.
Ingredients
2 lbs salt codfish
8-10 medium
potatoes
1/4 cup chopped
salt pork
1 medium chopped
onion
Directions
Remove skin
and bones from codfish. Place fish and potatoes in pot, cover with water,
bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Fry salt pork
until tender, add onions and fry until golden. Place fish potatoes,
pork and onions in a mixing bowl and mash together.
